My newborn baby girl had the badly rash. Red, angry skin with big open sores. We changed diapers continuously, we tried cloth, we air dried for hours, we went through diaper rash creams such as boudreaux butt paste, vaseline, grovia stick, cj's, triple paste and a&d. still the sores persisted (however the skin did begin to heal, these sores just did not want to go away). Finally we ordered this cream. within two days the sores were gone. We were amazing ! This cream is wonderful. You do not need a lot at all and it stays on. We use this on cloth diapers with liners (does not appear to be secure for cloth so do use a liner!) also as at night with disposables. Perfect! Buy this cream, it is Best Diaper Rash Cream !

The expensive diapers seem to leave a fuzzy mess on my kids after they wet into them and its hard to get off with the wipes (I end up using my fingers, ew!). Honest is the best brand of diapers I have come across yet.
