My parents used desitin on me when I was young and at this time I use it on my baby. She's now two and in the first six months I tried many other brand products including more expensive organic, all natural ointments and creams. My newborn baby girl had the badly rash. Red, angry skin with big open sores. We changed diapers continuously, we tried cloth, we air dried for hours, we went through diaper rash creams such as boudreaux butt paste, vaseline, grovia stick, cj's, triple paste and a&d. still the sores persisted (however the skin did begin to heal, these sores just did not want to go away). Finally we ordered this cream. within two days the sores were gone. We were amazing ! This cream is wonderful. You do not need a lot at all and it stays on. We use this on cloth diapers with liners (does not appear to be secure for cloth so do use a liner!) also as at night with disposables. Perfect! Buy this cream, it is Best Diaper Rash Cream !

This is my first time writing a review, actually want say some thing just about this Best Diaper Rash Cream product. My 9 months baby boy be miserable eczema for nearly 9 months (he begin having eczema since 3 weeks old), I have exhausted almost all the product lotion, wash, special oil .....spent hundreds dollars, comes out some time release little bit most time worse.

This ointment is my last try, if not working after that i have to go with description stuff which is actually I don't want to use. actually, I already planned an appointment with my baby's ped. I give this product one week try out, after 4 days keep using it, woow, amazing! my baby's skin no more dry cracked and red itchy, keep smooth and moisture for whole day, so far we be using this product for 5 weeks, my baby's skin turns very smooth and also hardly can tell he always had severe eczema.

But, I would like give recommend to mom whose baby's miserable eczema, not all product suit for all type of baby skin, some product really works for your baby, but some will not. But you can't say the product which not working for your baby is poor product. At least give it try before you give up.
